We have an established independent advice centre which provides free advice on a wide range of issues.
What do we provide support with?
Welfare benefits including completing application forms
Tax credits
Debt advice
Help with fuel bills
Housing issues
Facilities for photocopying and faxing for a small charge.
How can we support you?
We have a drop in service for advice at our centre as well as arranging appointments in advance.
You can also contact our Advisers by phone or email for assistance.
We can offer home visits under certain circumstances.
We have a bank of computers with a dedicated Advice Gateway in the advice centre which our Administrator would be happy to show you how to use. The computers also have lists of useful websites you can access.
Who have we supported?
Last year our Advice Services worked with over a 1000 client cases ranging from claiming back dated disability benefits to bankruptcy claims.
We are registered with Advice UK.
We also work with other partnership agencies so if for some reason we cant help you we know someone who can!!

How can I contact you?
Our drop in times for the advice centre are 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday closed 1-2pm and Saturday 10-12pm.
Alternatively the centre can be contacted on 0151 644 1100 from 9am to 5pm during the week if you wish to speak to an Adviser over the phone orto arrange an appointment.
