  ReachOut

  i ReachOut

Reachout is a project that aims to work with as many people in neighbourhoods as possible through a process of "listening surveys" by door knocking as well as meeting them in the street and at other venues.

The idea is to take a people first approach to help deal with a range of issues and gain trust. With those of working age who are not working we develop them an action plan towards improved health and economic activity.

This process results in a mushroom growth of engagement and as the project becomes known increasingly people self refer. A key to our work is partnership with other agencies - at a grass roots level and as part of a neighbourhood plan.

The service is free and confidential and designed to provide support to you in your home at a time that is convenient for you.

ReachOut's vision is to work with all individuals and families in their own home.

By doing this we will provide a relaxed approach to dealing with the day to day issues you may encounter living in your community.

We will highlight the services available to you and guide you through any problems you may face. We will remain impartial and we point you in the right direction allowing you to make an informed choice for a brighter future!
